Cancellations and rescheduling

Refunds
As our services involve time booking, assessment, travel, and on-site work arrangements, refunds are generally not applicable once a service has been confirmed and carried out.
If a payment was made in error, or if there is a duplicate charge, please contact us and we will review the matter.
Service results
Cleaning results depend on the condition of the item, age of stains, material type, and treatment suitability. Full stain or odour removal cannot be guaranteed in every case, especially for old, permanent, or deeply absorbed issues.
