Cleaning results depend on the condition of the item, type of fabric, age of stains, odour severity, and overall material condition. Customers are encouraged to send photos on WhatsApp before confirmation.

Prices shown on the website are starting prices only. Final pricing may vary depending on size, condition, treatment required, and site situation.
Booking confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only after discussion and confirmation with our team through WhatsApp, phone, or email.
Access and working conditions
Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the service
location, water supply, electricity, and a safe working environment where required.
Stain and odour treatment
We aim to improve visible stains, odour issues, and overall freshness. However, complete removal cannot be guaranteed in every case, especially for old, permanent, or deeply absorbed stains and odours.
Drying time
Drying time may vary depending on fabric type, ventilation, humidity, and treatment method used.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us as early as possible.
Liability
DeepShine Services Pte. Ltd. will carry out services with reasonable care and professional judgement. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, colour instability, material weakness, or issues not visible before cleaning.
